Phoney brave man from Torino
This afternoon I saw a car with plates from Torino, Italy and decided to make photo, to prove that somebody is brave enough, or reckless enough, to have his or her own car in this crazy town:
But then, I decided the photo woul be better from the front... Well, maybe we are not talking of a brave Italian from Torino here, but of an non-legal (non-illegal either?) Romanian from Bucharest:
